the following are the services connected to the municipal property management concession:

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT. that is:

  • Management of internal and external areas with expenses shared for services offered through housing contracts, based on the following parameters: proportional to surfaces, use, effective consumption also installing suitable metres.

 

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT, including:

  • Inspection and maintenance services for buildings and communal areas;
  • Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and management of heating, electricity, gas, water, waste water purification (by Consorzio Vetoio), fire-fighting, internal and external lighting plants, in any case any located in the industrial site;
  • Cleaning of communal building areas;
  • Housing services requested by companies in or planning to settle in the complex;

For concession of the above-mentioned industrial complex reference is made to art. 30, Legislative Decree 163/2006 and subsequent amendments and additions.

 

OTHER SERVICES

  • Mail reception: Mail is received by the porter's lodge and is kept there for the companies to pick it up. Any after-hours deliveries by couriers or third parties are received and will remain in porter's lodge custody.
  • Maintenance and cleaning of communal areas including removal of snow from industrial complex streets and parking lots.
  • Pruning of plants and care of green areas.
  • Septic tanks emptied.
  • Rodent control using specific bait.
